Let the REAL summer begin, please.

WOW it's been way too long! If you can believe it, finals for spring term are this Thursday!! Can I get a woot woot? Seriously I can't wait to just work and not worry about reading and homework and all of those things on top of work until fall! Two jobs and school is not the easiest thing ever. But I'm really happy to have the jobs, don't get me wrong!

In case you didn't hear, I'm back at the pool (after the first year I thought I was done..and here I am five years later..go figure), and I just got a job at Subway a few weeks ago. I can't say it's been my lifetime dream to work there, but I can't be picky and I'm happy to have something else for the summer. The free Diet Coke isn't bad either. If I had to guess, I'd say I drink at least a gallon a week including what I drink at home. It's bad, but oh so good :) I used to be a straight Diet Pepsi girl and hated the Coke, but it's grown on me and I really like it now.

Going back to the subject of school, I've been taking American Heritage and have to say it's probably my favorite class I've had at BYU so far. I was really scared of it at first, but I LOVE the subject matter and find it so interesting. My professor is hilarious as well, so that doesn't hurt. For the midterm on the Constitutional Convention and all that type of stuff, I studied my butt off and knew I could do really well on it if I tried really hard. I wanted to rock that test so badly because I love that kind of stuff and felt like I knew it really well. I was shaking through the whole test because I was scared and excited to get my score.

90%.

One of the happiest I've ever been at the testing center. I've gotten some better scores before (ok, one or two..), but in American Heritage? Yeah babay. It made it even better when I found out the average for the test was a 70%! Hopefully my final grade makes me happy and I can do well on the final! We'll know on Thursday...
